Halle practices in our corporate and securities law group. She represents both public and private companies. Halle advises clients on public and private offerings, securities filings and general corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, she practiced with McMillan Binch Mendelsohn, a leading Canadian business law firm in Toronto, and most recently was in private practice in Raleigh.
Halle received her B.A. in French and International Trade Economics, Dean's Honors List, from the University of Waterloo (Canada) in 1995. She received her M.A. in French Literature, Dean's Honors List, from Queen's University (Canada) in 1996. Halle completed her law degree at Osgoode Hall at York University (Canada) in 1999 where she won the Cassels Brock & Blackwell Centennial Prize in Lawyering Skills. Halle received her LL.M. in Corporate Law and Finance, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 2003. |
