Hanan Miron served as the Chief Financial Officer of Schema Ltd, a global provider of industry leading network optimization, simulation and related management software-based solutions for telecom operators. Prior to this, Hanan served as Chief Financial Officer of BackWeb Technologies (NASDAQ: BWEB), a leading provider of software designed to mobilize existing enterprise web applications. In this role, Hanan was responsible for taking the company public and managing its financial, legal, HR and IT departments. In a previous position, Mr. Miron served as the President of the US subsidiary of Nice Systems (NASDAQ: NICE), leading provider of Insight from Interactions(tm), based on advanced content analytics - of traditional and IP telephony, web, radio and video communications. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nice Systems. Mr. Miron holds a LLB degree from the Law School of the Hebrew University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration of Dartmouth College. |
