Hani J. Salama, P.E. serves as General Manager for Monday Properties. He manages 230 Park Avenue and 237 Park Avenue, two of the Class A office buildings within the company�s New York portfolio. Prior to joining Monday Properties, Mr. Salama was the Director of Operations at the Empire State Building for nine years. He has extensive experience in property management, construction management and engineering for commercial buildings and pharmaceutical facilities in the US and abroad. Mr. Salama has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology, a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from NJIT, and a professional engineering license in the state of NY & NJ. |
