Pro Career:
Originally a sixth-round draft pick (188th overall) by the San Diego Chargers in 2003, Milligan was named to the Pro Bowl as a special teams player in 2005. He was released by the Chargers on 9/2/06 and claimed by Arizona the following day. Re-signed with the Cardinals on 3/3/07 agreeing to a two-year contract.
2006: Finished the year ranked second on the team with 22 special teams tackles tied for a team best two special teams tackles vs. KC (10/8) tied a team high with four special teams tackles @ Oak (10/22) for the second week in a row, logged a team high four special teams tackles @ GB (10/29) had an outstanding performance on special teams vs. Sea (12/10), collecting two tackles, including a big collision on punt coverage that resulted in the Seahawks having to start at their own 10-yard line and a downed punt at the four-yard line in the fourth quarter.
2005: Named to the Pro Bowl as a special teams player led the Chargers with 21 special teams stops led the team with four special teams stops vs. Buf (11/20) matched Shaun Phillips with a team-leading three special teams tackles @ Ind (12/18).
2004: Recorded three special teams stops vs. NYJ (9/19) tied for a team-high with two special teams tackles vs. NO (11/7) inactive weeks 11-13 with a hamstring injury had one special teams tackle in Wild Card Playoff game vs. NYJ (1/8).
2003: Placed on injured reserve on 8/26 after undergoing surgery for a pectoral injury suffered in a preseason game @ Sea (8/9).
College:
Two-time All-Conference USA selection left school as the third all-time leading tackler with 408 career stops recorded 174 tackles as a junior, the second-most in school history became the first player in school history to record back-to-back 20 tackle games attended Iowa Central Community College in 1999 and set the school record with 21.5 sacks named the team�s most valuable player redshirted at Garden City (KS) Community College in 1998.
