Hans van Houte, Vice President, Finance and Administration Hans van Houte joined Allozyne from Trubion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in January 2008 as Vice President, Finance and Administration. At Trubion, he was Vice President, Finance and Administration from 2003 to 2008. His duties included directing the finance, accounting and business operations of the Company from its inception to post initial public offering. Before joining Trubion, Mr. van Houte was Vice President, Finance at Ostex International and prior to that he was the Controller and Assistant Treasurer at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. In these positions he directed the finance and accounting functions and oversight of all SEC-related activities. Mr. van Houte received his B.S. from Babson College. |
