Harlin R. Dean Jr. is Vice President Legal General Counsel; and Secretary of ALON USA a Dallas-based integrated refining and marketing enterprise that operates throughout the Southwest. Dean joined ALON in October 2002. As General Counsel Dean is responsible for all legal affairs of the ALON USA family of companies and for public and governmental affairs.
Dean began his career at the Wall Street firm of Carter Ledyard and Milburn practicing corporate and securities law. During the ten years prior to his joining ALON Dean worked in the Dallas office of Weil Gotshal & Manges where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions public and private securities offerings and corporate governance |
