Harold Ebbighausen was appointed president, Global Standards, in May 2007. He is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of global standards for Iron Mountain's employees, operations, systems, facilities and security, enabling the Company to achieve its goals while meeting the needs of the marketplace. Ebbighausen joined Iron Mountain in 1996 as vice president of Data Protection Services and was appointed president of Iron Mountain Off-Site Data Protection in 1998, where he played a key role in establishing Iron Mountain as the market leader in data protection services. He was appointed group president, North American Service Delivery in 2004 and then group president, North American Operations in 2006. Previously, Ebbighausen was vice president of Document Management Services with INSCI Corporation. Ebbighausen attended Iona College.
