Harold "Hal" Smith has the critical role of leading multiple departments-quality, production, production control, manufacturing engineering and testing-to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Mr. Smith's vision for and dedication to the development, implementation and training of proven quality processes is a key factor in the evolution of Wolfe Engineering's contract manufacturing offerings. Prior to joining Wolfe, Mr. Smith spent 11 years at General Electric, serving in manufacturing positions including engineer, supervisor, planner, scheduler and assembler, in its Nuclear Division, MFG Management Program. After General Electric, Mr. Smith held supervisory and Management positions in engineering and manufacturing operations at United Technologies and Applied Komatsu Technology (AKT), a division of Applied Materials. During his time at AKT, Mr. Smith twice received the Presidents' Award for Outstanding Services. Mr. Smith has extensive field experience including successful completion of the General Electric Manufacturing Management Program, certifications in DOD and DOT, as well as participation in the University of Phoenix BSBM degree program. |
