Harold Pinkley has been a trial lawyer for 25 years, and has tried more than thirty jury cases to verdict in jurisdictions across the country. Recently, he tried cases to successful conclusions in California, Ohio and Illinois, and he has successfully resolved several wage-and-hour class actions in California. Harold also represents manufacturing firms in products liability cases involving products from plastic hose to automobiles. Harold regularly conducts seminars and workshops for lawyers and business managers on employment-related topics as well as trial evidence and practice issues. After law school, Harold served as law clerk to the Honorable Frank W. Wilson, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee, and to his successor, the Honorable H. Ted Milburn.
