Harold Hockman has been a software developer with the company since 2000; he took on the Director of Professional Services position in 2005. Harold brings a diverse technical skill set and strong project management history to this position. He has significant experience working with clients to define specifications for custom features, solutions, and major system integrations.
Previously in his career, Harold worked at The Pennsylvania State University as the senior application programmer analyst. While at PSU, Harold designed system solutions for the Office of Human Resources and the Office of Accounting Operations, where he implemented DocFinity� software. He provided technical leadership for PSU�s initial installation and rollout of OIT software, which is currently used in 16 departments within the university. Harold�s achievements and successful project management led to the highly regarded Kinetic Process Innovation Award for the Penn State Office of Human Resources implementation in 1999. He not only knows the DocFinity Suite from the OIT perspective; he also has been a customer and consultant who applied the technology for specific business requirements.
Harold is an alumnus of the Pennsylvania College of Technology, where he earned an associate degree in applied science. |
