Harold's current responsibilities include BT engineering and product management spanning all consulting activities within BT in North America. He also served as vice president of marketing for Lucent Worldwide Services. He joined INS in 1993 with responsibilities for sales and field operations in the northeast region as managing director, and then headquarter-based vice president beginning in 1998. Prior to BT INS, Harold spent much of his career developing service programs and products at Digital Equipment Corporation, including being a product line manager for Digital's Network Services business line. His highly technical background spans more than three decades of hands-on engineering management experience. He is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute School of Industrial Management. |
