Harry Hutchison is vice president of the customer service operations of Southern California Edison's Customer Services Business Unit. In his current position, Hutchison is responsible for field operations, meter reading, call centers, and billing and collection services.
Joining SCE as vice president in June 2000, Hutchison brought more than 24 years of experience in the telecommunications industry at GTE where he most recently served as assistant VP of infrastructure management. During those years with GTE, Hutchison also directed finance reengineering, managed the company's national business, residential and access billing operations, payment centers, and served as the controller and then CFO of a GTE subsidiary.
Before joining GTE, Hutchison was a senior auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co., specializing in the utilities and entertainment industries.
Hutchison is currently a member of the Los Angeles Conservation Corps Advisory Board, and is an active fundraiser for the United Negro College Fund.
A certified public accountant, Hutchison earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University. |
