Harry C. Stephen, Jr., P.E., is a director and a Senior Vice President in the Transportation Division. He joined the Company on February 1, 2003 after seventeen years at Hurst-Rosche Engineers, Inc. His experience includes project planning, preliminary and final design and partnering during construction. He has over 30 years experience with the management and design of projects for MDOT and county departments of public works throughout Maryland. |
