Harry F. Todd
Profile : Harry Todd is a partner and co-chair of the Real Estate Group, concentrating his practice in real estate acquisition, development, financing, leasing and related activities. In addition, Harry chairs the firm's Death Care Group and advises owners of cemeteries and funeral homes throughout the country on legal issues relating to their industry, including acquisitions, financing, funeral home development, regulatory compliance and trusting requirements. He has many years of experience, both in private practice, and as general counsel for privately held corporations. Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Mr. Todd was general counsel for Gibraltar Properties, Inc., a real estate acquisition and development company that owns and manages office buildings, retail centers and apartment complexes. From 1991-1995, he served as general counsel to Gibraltar Mausoleum Corporation, then the largest privately held company in the death care industry. Gibraltar Mausoleum Corporation owned cemeteries and funeral homes in fifteen different states and its affiliate designed and constructed mausoleums throughout the country. Mr. Todd received his juris doctorate, summa cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. He was editor-in-chief of the Indiana Law Review, 1983 - 1984.
