Harry Graham has more than 20 years of human resources and human capital consulting experience, including executive compensation designing and funding of employee benefit programs and workforce planning. He has experience aligning executive compensation with board and shareholder interests, and redesigning compensation and benefit programs to align employees with business objectives, as well as advising on these issues with regard to mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and corporate restructuring.
Prior to joining SMART, Harry was a Vice President with Aon Consulting in Chicago. Harry was responsible for growing the company�s consulting business and client relationship services. He managed client accounts for domestic and international companies addressing executive compensation issues, health and welfare benefit issues and workforce strategies. |
