Mr. Kantarian counsels clients on merger and acquisition activities as well as securities matters, including equity and debt offerings, proxy contests and tender offers. Mr. Kantarian also represents clients in the areas of compensation and benefits, including stock based compensation programs and executive employment agreements, takeover defense matters, disclosure and reporting obligations under the federal securities laws, and business formation, restructuring and strategic planning. During his over twenty-five years of practice, Mr. Kantarian has represented hundreds of financial institutions ranging in asset size from less than $100 million to in excess of $15 billion.
