Mr. Casari is the third recent independent board appointment made to Catcher Holdings' Board and brings the total number of Board members to five. Mr. Casari will chair the Board's audit committee. Mr. Casari worked as a certified public accountant for Ernst & Young LLP from 1969 until 1994, when he retired as a partner. At Ernst & Young, he headed the Entrepreneurial Services Department, working closely with client company management from start-up through initial public offerings. Mr. Casari currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Meade Instruments Corporation, an optics and telescope manufacturer, and as a member of the Board of Directors and member of the audit committee and compensation committee chairman of Cohu, Inc., the largest U.S. based manufacturer of test handling equipment for the semi-conductor industry. He also serves on the Boards of Directors of Axesstel, Inc. and Orange 21 Inc. Mr. Casari holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Denver and is a past director of the California Society of CPAs. |
