Harry L. Grashoff, Jr. has served as a director of the Company since January 1982. Mr. Grashoff is retired. From 1982 to July 1997, Mr. Grashoff was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Grashoff serves as chairman of the loan committee and is a member of the executive, long range planning, and asset/liability committees of the Board of Directors.
