Harry Albert is Kadent's Senior Vice President of Collection Operations responsible for the operations of ARB, Kadent�s third-party collection services. Harry has served over 20 years (14 years at ARB) in the collections industry. He has served as a collection supervisor and has over 10 years of direct operations management with Kadent�s collection business. Harry is an industry expert in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). In addition, he has extensive experience in the areas of skiptracing, credit bureaus and credit reporting, liens and account litigation, coordination of benefit strategies, collection strategies, including workflow's and/or collection tracts, collector training, personnel development, predictive dialing systems and various collection systems. Harry has also served as a divisional manager within a privately owned Trans Union Credit Bureau. He was recently re-elected to the Pennsylvania Collectors Association (PCA) board of directors.
