Harry Rich, Vice President, Worldwide Sales, has three decades of experience in field service, CRM, and customer loyalty sales and management. He served as Senior VP, Sales for Astea International, a provider of field service CRM solutions for the Fortune 500, from 1992 to 1995, when the company had a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO). He later served as Executive VP, Worldwide Sales for Omega Management Systems, a Boston-based customer satisfaction/loyalty firm. Earlier, he served as VP, Sales for ROSH Intelligent Systems (later ServiceSoft), a developer of expert-based service automation software, and as VP, Sales for the Data Group, a provider of field service software applications. He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees from Bridgewater State College. |
