Recognized for his work on one of Chicago area�s largest and most successful residential community developments, Mr. Weinstein was bestowed an award by a home building industry client for his contributions to the success of the project. He was credited for creating the investment plan for purchasing the development parcel and devising the accounting methodology for the project, among other project attributes. Mr. Weinstein applies his analytical expertise to the dispute resolution arena as well. He has been engaged by legal counsel to provide expert analysis related to litigated matters involving executive compensation, Company�s sale residuals, divorce actions, embezzlement cases, partnership profit and asset allocation controversies, real estate valuation actions and warranty claims. Mr. Weinstein joined Shepard Schwartz & Harris in 1973. His prior experience includes five years in the audit department of a national accounting firm, where he focused on hotel and commercial real estate clientele.
