Acted as a Project Director for two large hospitals where she was responsible for a non-labor project. This engagement was projected to save the clients in excess of $6M in supply expense.
Served as the Project Director and Clinical Supply Lead for non-labor savings for a two hospital system where she was successful in leading the team to generate savings of over $2.4M.
Implemented clinical consulting projects which drove in excess of $20M in customer savings and revenue of $4M for the company.
Directed clinical implementation team and worked with several multi-hospital systems to reduce clinical supply expenses resulting in a combined savings of $57M on a recurring basis.
Worked as a Chief Nursing Officer in a large tertiary care hospital where she led numerous projects and programs.
