Heath�s experience already includes a range of litigation and insurance issues, in settings before state courts, federal courts, regulatory bodies and in internal investigations. His cases have involved tax advantaged insurance products, premium financing, long-term care insurance, liability coverage disputes, bad faith claims and agent-broker issues. Heath joined Drinker Biddle from Reed Smith LLP, where he began his career as an associate in the employment litigation group.
Heath received his bachelor's degree from Taylor University May, 1997 and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2005. As a member of the Villanova Law Moot Court Board, Heath was twice named Best Advocate in national competitions. Prior to attending Villanova Law, Heath worked for as an Investment Specialist at Charles Schwab & Co., where he managed client relationships and provided comprehensive portfolio analysis and guidance.
He is admitted to practice in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey |
