Heather M. Deskins, CPA, CVA, manager, joined Rea & Associates� downtown Columbus branch in 2007. She previously spent two years as a senior consultant for a local firm and has four years of previous business valuation and litigation support experience. Ms. Deskins is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University. While there, she served on the economics student board. At Rea, she prepares business valuations and performs litigation support services for divorce-related cases. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. She is also involved in church functions, including providing food to the needy and preparing free meals during the holidays. She is also involved in the Ohio Society of CPAs� Accounting for Kids Day. Ms. Deskins is a native of Columbus and currently lives in Cardington, Ohio, with her husband, Bryon, and their daughters, Jordan and Bryonna. She enjoys reading, bicycling, swimming, going shopping and playing basketball and softball in her spare time. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends. |
