Heather Dlhopolsky is an associate in the firm's Land Use practice group. After law school, Ms. Dlhopolsky interned with the Environmental practice group at Linowes and Blocher, and assisted with matters relating to the environmental aspects of real estate transactions. Prior to joining Linowes and Blocher as an associate, she worked in the Land Use and Real Estate Transactions groups at Hyatt, Peters, and Weber, focusing on land use issues in the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County area. At Linowes and Blocher, Ms. Dlhopolsky assists with land use matters relating to due diligence, zoning, and subdivision.
