Construction Litigation
Heber Gonzalez has had direct experience in construction management of multi-million dollar projects. He has five years� experience representing construction professionals and resolving construction-related disputes through mediation, settlement negotiations and trial.
Mr. Gonzalez represents design professionals, general contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, suppliers, and owners in a variety of construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, lien claims, bond claims, negligence actions, and disputes related DBE/MBE certification.
