Heidi Geiger Milosovic is Managing Director & Principal in the Cleveland office of WAVERLY PARTNERS, LLC. WAVERLY PARTNERS is a national retained executive search firm with offices in Atlanta GA, Charleston SC, Charlotte NC, Cleveland OH, Kansas City KS, Salt Lake City UT and Toledo OH.

She has been in executive search for 17 years and has been directly involved in managing executive search assignments spanning vice president to chief executive officer levels in a variety of fields. Ms. Milosovic has conducted executive search engagements for a number of industrial and service corporations and nonprofit organizations.

Her clients have included Lubrizol Corporation, the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland, Invacare Corporation, Central Parking, the Cleveland Animal Protective League, Fortune Brands and CRA International.

Prior to joining WAVERLY PARTNERS, Ms. Milosovic was a Director for StratfordGroup, a national retained executive search firm. Earlier she was a consultant with the Executive Search Division of ATKearney, Inc., one of the 5 largest executive search firms in the country. She began her search career as Research Director for Korn/Ferry International, where she was responsible for administration of the research function, primary research, and identification of candidates.

Ms. Milosovic earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Psychology from Oberlin College. She is active in community organizations and recently completed her second term on the Board of Trustees of the Girl Scouts of Lake Erie Council.
