Heidi directs MRG�s Career Management Division and brings to the company many years of human resource management experience. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in human resources and has earned the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Heidi's past professional in the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service. She has also served in the Iowa National Guard, obtaining the rank of Captain.
