Henri R. Hornby, CEO, Director, Secretary. Henri has served in nearly all corporate officer positions with mainly public companies since 1988. Prior to 1988 he had co-founded two private companies, the first IPG was a successful marketing firm specializing in the production of infomercials; the second was Adven Securities, a brokerage firm which at one time employed over 50 persons. Prior to those activities Henri had graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in economics. In January 2004, Henri co-founded C A Networks Inc., a venture company intended to acquire other businesses. In May 2005 Competitive Companies Inc, a small telcom company that was publicly registered but had never been made publicly trading was the acquisition made by C A Networks. Although the merger was done in May 2005, Henri only became CEO in March 2006 after two previous CEO�s had resigned. Henri was successful in gaining trading status for the company, and is currently leading a course change by the company to deliver telcom services to its customers using new technologies. |
