Henry D. Moyle, Jr. has been a member of our board of directors since March 1999. Since 1992, he has been President and C.E.O. of Silver Lake Company. From 1989 to 2001 he was President and C.E.O. of Brighton Properties, Inc. From 1970 to 1983, he was President and C.E.O. of Research Industries Corporation. He received a B.A. from Stanford in 1957, and a J.D. degree from the University of Utah in 1959. |
