Focusing his practice on the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration, Henry E. Fuldner serves clients ranging from owners of closely-held businesses to executives of public corporations to private investors. Henry's work involves tax, financial and corporate planning as well as the preparation of wills, trusts and related instruments such as marital agreements. In addition to formulating estate plans for Wisconsin residents, he has participated in the formulation of estate plans for residents of many states other than Wisconsin, and has acted as tax counsel in the probate of estates in many jurisdictions. He participates in the administration of charitable foundations and charitable trusts and has designed numerous estate plans utilizing current and deferred charitable gifting. Henry has lectured before professional groups on topics relating to estate planning and probate. After completing his undergraduate education in history at Yale University, Henry received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School where he was Articles Editor of the Michigan Law Review. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the trusts and estates category. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin and is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
