Henry Schwendiman joined Q10 | Bonneville Mortgage Company as a principal in the summer of 1994 after nine years of mortgage banking experience with Baird and Warner and Richards Woodbury.
Since joining Q10 | Bonneville, Henry has consistently been one of the top producers for the company, originating loans on all property types. He has been very much involved in the establishment of key relationships with life insurance companies and wall street based lenders. As a stockholder in the company, Henry has spearheaded the companies investment in technology which has made the company more efficient and effective in providing top service to all of its customers. Prior to joining Bonneville Mortgage Company, Henry was a Vice President of commercial lending with Richards Woodbury Mortgage Corp. Henry was Richards Woodbury's top commercial mortgage producer in 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993 and 1994.
Henry began his mortgage banking career during a summer internship with Baird and Warner in Salt Lake City. At the time Henry was studying at Brigham Young University in the Master of Business Administration program. Henry continued to work with Baird and Warner during his second year of MBA school and upon graduation chose a career in mortgage banking. After serving a two year mission in Germany for his church, Henry received two degrees from Brigham Young University, a Bachelor of Arts in German and English and a Masters in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in finance. |
