Henry, 41, joined UBM in August 2005 as director of corporate development, M&A and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of CMPMedica in May 2006. He has extensive experience in corporate development having spent 16 years at the Boston consulting group, where he advised clients on strategy, M&A and post-merger integration in a wide range of industries from telecoms, media and pharmaceuticals, to banking, retail and consumer goods. He became a partner and director in 1996, and was part of the leadership team of BCG's technology & communications practice. In 2004 he established his own consultancy practice advising CEOs. Henry graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in electrical engineering and won a Harkness Fellowship to study technology and public policy at MIT. |
