Mr. Morgan, age 86, is currently a director on the Board and has served as a director of the Company since 1990, with the exception of a few interim months. He has been a practicing attorney for more than 50 years. Prior to his work as an attorney, he was employed in the insurance industry as an underwriter, auditor and agent. His law practice is in the defense of corporations, some of whom are major pharmaceutical companies, and individuals for claims asserted against them that allege professional errors and omissions, defective products and employment related disputes. Mr. Morgan is a member of the Essex County, New Jersey State and American Bar Associations, the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute. He received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. |
