Herb joined TTA in 2002 as a Client Development Manager for key accounts in the Central US Region. After the successful growth of that territory, Herb led the development of TTA's concentrated expansion into the Training Outsourcing market, as well as entry into the professional skills training business. With his outsourcing project team, Herb is now responsible for establishing and managing strategic learning partnerships with TTA�s major project clients. He brings fifteen prior years of experience in human capital management to the company. Prior to joining TTA , Herb held management positions at leading staffing companies such as Modis Inc, Kforce, and Tac Worldwide Staffing (American Crystal). Herb has his BA in Communications from Bridgewater State College.
