Mr. Hertner has served as advisor and search consultant since 1970 to leading law firms and corporations with U.S. and international operations. He has conducted searches for partners, associates and in-house counsel for all practice disciplines. Mr. Hertner has been an expert witness, involved with acquisition/merger consultations and active in evaluating attorney compensation. He has been quoted in the National Law Journal and The Daily Business Review on numerous occasions. After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering, Mr. Hertner served in Vietnam as a Liason Officer and Combat Helicopter Pilot. He retired as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve. He currently serves as a Board Member with The National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC).
