Herbert Quinn has led SMEI since 1998 after merging his engineering firm, Energy and Environmental Technologies into the company. Mr. Quinn is a retired Army General, former Senior Executive for EPA, and a registered Professional Engineer with over 30 years experience in engineering and logistics support, planning, security, and facilities management for government, military and industry clients. Mr. Quinn earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alabama and holds graduate degrees in Engineering and Planning from George Washington University and Harvard University. |
