Hillary DeVisser is the Install & Training Coordinator for all On-Line Advantage software. In this capacity, she works with new clients to schedule their training, install the software and set up security. In addition, she gathers information and builds the initial database that will drive all aspects of the software. Hillary also schedules all in-house and on-site training sessions, and is involved in planning and logistics for Advanced Training as well.
Hillary began her career with MDI in 2001 as the receptionist while she was finishing school, and moved to the Install department after only a year. She holds an MBA from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Prior to joining MDI, Hillary worked as an Instructional Programmer at her college Recreation Center for several years.
Hillary says she enjoys working with both new and existing clients. "The new clients are a lot of fun," she reveals. "I love the way they react when I meet with them after their first day of training and they've seen how our program will make their jobs easier."
Away from MDI, Hillary enjoys spending time with her husband, Case, working on their first house, and dreaming of taking a trip to Europe.
