Hillary Weiner is an associate in the Products Liability and Mass Tort Practice Group, with experience in products liability, toxic substances, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Hillary worked for Wineberg, Simmonds & Narita in San Francisco, where her practice focused on complex business litigation, including consumer financial services, antitrust, unfair competition, and trademark infringement.
Education. In 1999, while in law school, Hillary served as extern to the Honorable Vaughn R. Walker, United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
