Ms. Grochmal practices general corporate and securities law. Ms. Grochmal has experience representing a wide variety of domestic and international private and public companies as well as financial institutions in a diverse range of corporate transactions. Ms. Grochmal has represented clients in venture financings, private placements, bank financings, mergers and acquisitions and public debt and equity offerings. Ms. Grochmal also has extensive experience in advising clients on securities regulation issues, reporting obligations and corporate governance issues. Professional Activities Ms. Grochmal was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2002 and the California State Bar in 2004. Ms. Grochmal is a member of several philanthropic organizations in San Francisco. Education - Ms. Grochmal graduated, magna cum laude, from Colby College in 1998 where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in History and International Studies and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Grochmal earned her J.D., cum laude, with a concentration in Business Law and Regulation from Cornell Law School in 2001. While at Cornell, Ms. Grochmal attended the Cornell Law School-Universit� de Paris I (Pantheon-Sorbonne) Institute of International and Comparative Law in Paris in 1999.
