Representing the owner of a major ski resort in connection with a multibillion-dollar mixed use real estate development.
Representing owners and ground lessees of several Manhattan office towers in negotiating retail and office leases.
Representing the borrower in connection with the refinancing of a portfolio of New York properties.
Representing the developer in the acquisition and financing of a shopping center project.
Prior to joining Buchanan, Holly was an associate in the New York office of a Los Angeles-based law firm, where she represented lenders and borrowers in a variety of mortgage loan transactions. She also represented developers and joint ventures in acquisition, disposition, development and financing transactions.
From 1998 to 2004, Holly was an associate with an international law firm. In its New York office, she represented financial institutions in the origination of securitized mortgage loans and mezzanine loans. She also represented corporate clients in connection with office leasing programs and provided real estate advice in connection with mergers and acquisitions and project financing transactions. |
