Holly Marr joined Acxiom in 1986 and serves as Acxiom�s operations management organization leader in the Services Division. She is also a member of the Company Leadership Team, helping drive Acxiom�s overall direction. Holly has held a variety of leadership posts within Acxiom, most recently serving as delivery center organization leader. She was first named an officer in 2000, and her industry experience includes the insurance, investment/brokerage, automotive, telecommunications and financial services industries.
Prior to her role in the delivery center, Holly was responsible for operational effectiveness and quality management functions for the company. As a client services group leader, Holly led client relationship management, service delivery, industry-tailored solutions and business development functions. Before that, she was an organizational development leader responsible for associate development, competency-based management and organizational effectiveness. Over a seven-year period, Holly was a client services unit leader within the communications and financial services industries, where she was responsible for some of the largest business units within Acxiom.
Holly graduated with distinction from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas with a bachelor�s degree in music. |
