Holly Shadoian offers 30 years of experience in higher education. She currently consults for Noel-Levitz from Rhode Island College, where she has served as director of undergraduate admissions since 1996.
In her current position, Dr. Shadoian heads the college�s undergraduate recruitment efforts. Under her direction in 2003, Rhode Island College recruited its best class in the 150-year history of the institution. She reorganized the admissions office to enhance staffing, promote cross-training, and develop the professional capabilities of her staff. She is the PeopleSoft functional lead for the college�s admissions office and also serves as an adjunct professor for the Computers in Management course.
From 1979-1996, Dr. Shadoian served Rhode Island College as the director of alumni affairs, overseeing programs and services for more than 38,000 alumni. She started the college�s Golden Anniversary program fundraising program for 50th year reunion classes, a program that has continued for 24 years. Dr. Shadoian has been a member of numerous committees and groups at the college, including the Retention Task Force and Advisory Committee on Undergraduate Admissions Policies and Procedures. She has also been an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Educational Leadership at the University of Connecticut.
