Howard B. Bernick has served as a member of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company Board of Directors since 2001. He is on the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee.

Previously, Bernick had a 29-year career at Alberto-Culver Company a global manufacturer, marketer and distributor of beauty and hair care products serving on the board of directors of from 1986 to 2006, and as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1994 to 2006.
