Mr. Marsh is currently head of the Municipal Securities Division in Citi Markets & Banking. He is responsible for the firm�s retail and institutional sales, trading, public finance, and syndicate efforts. He has overseen the creation of the firm�s municipal financial and credit products area, and its proprietary trading desk; these areas continue to add new product ideas for both public finance clients and customers of the sales and trading franchise. He joined Citi Smith Barney in 1973 and served as an institutional salesman where he covered a majority of the firm�s largest municipal institutional clients.
Mr. Marsh is a member of the Municipal Bond Club of New York and the Municipal Forum, and a former board member of the Bond Market Association and former Chairman of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. He is a founding member of the Municenter, an electronic trading space for municipals and other fixed income securities.
Mr. Marsh graduated from Yale University in 1973 with a degree in biochemical engineering.
