Mr. Chalmers joined us in February 2003 as Senior Vice President for Planning and Corporate Communications, after serving as a management consultant to us for several years. From 1978 to 2003, he had served as President and Principal Consultant for Chalmers & Co., where he gained a national reputation for providing strategic planning and organizational development support to a broad range of both entrepreneurial companies and nonprofit organizations. Chalmers is active in civic and charitable organizations, having served as Chairman of the Board of KLRU, Austin�s public television station, and as President and CEO of the Lance Armstrong Foundation. He was instrumental in creating Austin City Limits, currently the longest-running music program on television, and served as Executive Producer of that program in its early years. |
