Howard S. Greenberg is the managing partner of the firm. He received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Pennsylvania in 1963. Thereafter, he received his Bachelor of Laws from Rutgers, the State University. Mr. Greenberg is admitted to the Bars of the States of New Jersey and New York, and has practiced extensively in the Federal and State Courts of New Jersey for the past 35 years. Mr. Greenberg is a former Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Debtor-Creditor Relations (Bankruptcy) Section and presently serves as a Trustee of same. He was an original Master and presently serves as a Trustee of the New Jersey Bankruptcy Inn of Court. Mr. Greenberg has represented numerous troubled companies, both in Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings, as well as out-of-court creditor compositions. During recent years, he has served as Debtor's counsel to such notable companies as the Regina Vacuum Company, Emerson Radio Corporation, Kiwi Airlines, and the Grand Union Company. Additionally, he has served as counsel to numerous Creditors' Committees, as well as court-appointed Trustees in representing interests of creditors of troubled companies. Mr. Greenberg has also lectured frequently to other attorneys, accountants, bankers and other parties with respect to various insolvency issues. |
