Howard W. Skip Barker joined priceline.com�s Board of Directors in 2003 and chairs its audit committee. He is a retired KPMG partner whose auditing career with the firm spanned 30 years. Mr. Barker became a KPMG partner in 1982 and served as the firm�s partner-in-charge of several departments including KPMG�s Executive Education Department the Mergers and Acquisitions practice in Connecticut and the Information Communications and Entertainment line of business for KPMG�s Stamford office. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of and is Chairman of the Audit Committee of Medco Health Solutions Inc. Mr. Barker is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
