Howard W. (Winn) Parker, Jr. brings to ITF a track record of success, employing proven expertise in economic analysis, contract negotiation, venture capital acquisition as well as marketing and strategic planning. Winn has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas Industry with particular emphasis in exploration and production. He has managed multifaceted projects and has established international relationships in the Energy Business. He has performed in all aspects involved in the identification, analysis, and acquisition of properties for the development of oil and gas in the United States and South America. A proactive problem solver; Winn also has consulted with several companies such as Cabot Oil & Gas, Comstock Resources, Noble Oil Services and others. He has performed financial and market analysis and comprehensive due diligence on prospective energy projects for reserve purchasers and financial institutions.
Winn began his career with IBM, as a marketing representative where he demonstrated acuity for sales. The tenure at IBM exposed him to creative marketing concepts and has been influential for his success for the past 25 years. Winn has also been involved in business ventures outside of the oil and gas field such as raising funds to build and operate a tire recycling plant in Tennessee. By growing a client base for a music cassette distribution business from 38 to over 400 convenience stores and truck stops, he was able to increase revenues from $4,500 to over $25,000 per month for a distribution concern. He also developed a high volume automobile security installation business enterprise and was instrumental in conceiving a unique marketing strategy of pre-installation of alarm systems.
Winn was also instrumental in designing an innovative approach and strategy to a niche mortgage company. He provided vision and direction to significantly increase client base, revenues and profit for a mortgage company that specialized in providing real estate brokers in 10 states with loan origination services. Credited with more than doubling the company�s number of existing affiliates, Winn was able to boost revenues by 25% in less than two years.
