Howard Freeman is Senior Regional Director for the northern New Jersey office of First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. where he oversees acquisitions dispositions operations and asset management. In addition he is responsible for property acquisition activities in New Jersey Philadelphia Harrisburg Baltimore-Washington D.C. and Miami. He has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining First Industrial Mr. Freeman was Senior Vice President and Director of Acquisitions for Geometry Realty Inc. a private real estate investment management firm. Prior to that he was with Coopers & Lybrand�s National Real Estate Advisory Services practice. Mr. Freeman received a B.S. in Applied Economics from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University. |
